Q: Do you have a catalog to show me the product type you have?
A: Yes, leave us message or email us, we will send you details to show our product type.
Q: Is there a Minimum order quantity on cutting?
A: Not exactly, some regular thickness like 2mm/3mm/4mm have no MOQ, we accept sample order. but some thickness thicker than 5mm will request a full sheet 400*500mm as MOQ.
Q: How can I order from you?
A: It’s easy. For order of carbon fiber plate, just tell us your request as quantity, size, thickness, we will reply you with a quote. Once confirm the order, we can go with payment, production and shipment.
For custom CNC order, you need to send us file in DXF, DWG or IGS and requirement, we will confirm details with you and reply a quote.so that we can go with next step.
Payment
Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: All orders must be prepaid. We accept Telegraphic Transfer and PayPal.
Q: Can I do the deposit to start production and balance payment before ship out?
A:Yes， For the order amount more than10K, we accept 50% deposit to start product and 50% balance before ship out the order.
Q: Do I need to pay tax when receive the order?
A：That’s depend on your county Customs Requirements. Most country will have taxable allowance.
Shipment
Q: What methods of shipping do you offer?
A: We provide DHL mostly, and some time we also ship by UPS, FedEx and EMS.
Q: How fast I can receive the goods after ship out?
A: Take no account of the Custom problem, it takes only 3-5 days for most country to receive our goods. Please keep an eye on the tracking status so that you can receive goods ASAP without any delay.
Q: What is the typical lead time on custom CNC cutting order?
A:5-7 business days after the receipt of order. And complicated cutting will take longer depend on the design.
Q: How fast can I receive the carbon fiber plate order.
A: Order of carbon fiber plate will ship out within 3-5working days. and shipment will take 3-5 working days.

Q: Will you remake the order if I receive them with incorrect cutting?
A: Yes. Once you meet with quality problem, please contact us and send us related pictures. We will have solution for you within 24 hours.
Technical Question
Q: What is the smallest tooling you use to cut the sheet?
A: The end mill we use to cut the sheet is usually 1.5mm diameter, therefore the minimum R angle we can make is R0.75.

Q: Can I make the layout myself and send you to make cutting?
A: Yes, there will have two details need to pay attention when make the layout. First, we will save 5mm on the 4 edge of the carbon panel to fix the carbon plate to the cnc machine to avoid moving. So the available cutting size are 390mm*490mm/490mm*490mm/490mm*590mm And second point is about the safe distance. We will keep 5-8mm space between kits to kits.
Q: Can I get higher strength carbon fiber plate?
A: Yes, we have T700 and All 3K layer. Both are higher strength than normal carbon plate(T300).
