The new wireless power supply system for urban rail vehicles has achieved a breakthrough in the power supply system of rail vehicles from "wired" to "wireless" for the first time in China, breaking the technological monopoly of the wireless power supply system for rail vehicles in developed countries. The seventh-generation 200km/h maglev train perfectly integrates low-to-medium-speed maglev and high-speed maglev technology, achieving a number of key technological breakthroughs.
It is understood that a new type of wireless power supply standard urban rail vehicle innovatively developed the world’s largest power level high-efficiency wireless power supply system, carbon fiber + non-magnetic steel hybrid material car body, domestically produced full silicon carbide inverter, and domestically produced longitudinally coupled permanent magnet traction system. It can realize full-line contactless operation, and the rail transit system can be perfectly integrated with the urban landscape. The new wireless power supply urban rail vehicles can also realize flexible marshalling, modular configuration of key systems, light axle load, small turning radius, calmly adapt to various line conditions, and fully cover existing infrastructure operating standards in potential markets in different regions of the world. The vehicle also supports customized design, which can match the cultural characteristics and special functional requirements of different regions of the world, and meet the latest infrastructure boundary requirements in emerging markets and the needs of new operating modes based on power supply.
The seventh-generation 200km/h maglev train is a national key R&D project during the 13th Five-Year Plan. The train innovatively adopts the "permanent magnet synchronous intermediate drive + F track permanent magnet electromagnetic levitation" technology, which is a perfect fusion of medium and low speed maglev and high speed maglev technologies . The seventh-generation maglev train with a speed of 200 kilometers per hour realizes the hollow long stator permanent magnet synchronous intermediate drive ground traction, based on the head and tail redundancy of the global whole process multi-zone operation control, permanent magnet electromagnetic suspension, carbon fiber lightweight composite car body, suspension frame, etc. A number of key technological breakthroughs, traction efficiency increased by 20%, suspension energy consumption reduced by 60%, car body weight reduced by 30%, suspension frame weight reduced by 33%, passenger load increased by 20%, with high traction efficiency, low suspension energy consumption, and turning With the characteristics of small radius (less than 100 meters), strong climbing ability, and low operating noise, it is a new generation of flexible, light and agile, green and intelligent maglev trains.
