The first all-carbon fiber composite light aircraft in

Hubei Province successfully flew for the first time

At 4 p.m. on July 4, Jingmen Zhanghe Airport, Hou Min, the "first person to fly in China", successfully completed the air debut of Zoll ZA800 aircraft. The aircraft is a domestic light aircraft independently developed by Zhuoer, with complete core technology and full intellectual property rights, and is also the first all-carbon fiber composite aircraft in Hubei, with a 100% localization rate of structural parts, filling the blank of advanced composite material development for the whole aircraft in Hubei Province.图片关键词

"The aircraft design is very successful, and the handling and stability are very good." After the successful maiden flight, Hou Min said the Zhuoer ZA800 aircraft has a spacious and comfortable cockpit, well optimized wings and high lift, and can complete takeoff at a short distance of 20 to 30 meters, which is expected to become an international first-class sports aircraft.

On November 2, 2017, the first Wuhan-made aircraft, the Zhuoer Skyleader 600 light aircraft, was launched in Huangpi Airport Industrial Park. After five years, Zhuoer digested and absorbed the international advanced manufacturing technology and adopted the industry-leading carbon fiber composite material design, with the fuselage and wings integrated into one piece and the fuselage lines rounded and smooth, which is stronger, lighter and greener than the metal fuselage. The aircraft is equipped with a full parachute, night flight capability and autopilot function, with a maximum flight speed of 222 km/h and a maximum range of 1200 km, which can be used for flight training, private travel and aviation operations.

In order to master the new material core technology of light aircraft manufacturing, dozens of aeronautical engineers of Zhuoer Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. spent two years to overcome difficulties, after nearly 100 times of design modification and optimization. The design team conducted more than 10 rounds and 1800 hours of experiments to optimize the aerodynamic shape alone, and completed nearly 100,000 core hours (CPU processor unit work time) of hydrodynamic calculation analysis using the supercomputing center of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

It is reported that ZA800 aircraft from concept to design, from drawings to prototypes, all developed by Zhuoer itself, more than 80% of the aircraft supply chain enterprises are domestic enterprises. Among them, the landing gear, propellers, engine frame, machine parts, welding parts and other parts and composite mold supply enterprises for Hubei enterprises. Zhuoer Aerospace plans to obtain the type certificate of conformity (TC) from the aviation management department within this year to achieve mass production of the aircraft, Shanghai Sooying, Suzhou Tianhai and many other cooperative aviation enterprises signed a pre-purchase agreement with it. The next step, Zhuoer Aerospace will carry out research and development of 4-seat and 6-seat aircraft, and carry out pre-R&D technology research of electric aircraft.

Jiang Shun, the second-level inspector of the Civil Aviation Hubei Supervisory Bureau, said that Zhuoer Aerospace's new model fills the gap of Hubei's independent research and development and manufacturing of advanced composite aircraft, hoping that Zhuoer will adhere to scientific and technological innovation, create more economically safe and technologically advanced aircraft, and strive to make new breakthroughs in the field of China's aviation manufacturing and operations.
